PTH 900 drum chipper with “quick & smart” knives
The machine is compact and versatile, made with a hook-lift system, it can also be placed on standard trucks.
It’s driven by Iveco C87 350 Hp diesel motor, in this case it is equipped with a Quick & Smart knives drum (it’s the most rapid replacement and adjustment system in the chipping industry), a particularly useful system when working dirty material.

The amateur video was made when the knives had already produced 80 Ton of wood chips the day before.
Under the hopper towards the chipping apparatus there is no dispersion of material on the ground.
