Pezzolato offers the ideal solution: the TL600 MOBILE. This advanced processor is mounted on a tandem trailer and built for flexibility, performance, and ease of use. Designed for transport and fast setup, it operates entirely through hydraulic systems and allows a single operator to load, cut, and split logs automatically, producing high-quality firewood with minimal waste.
The standard version comes equipped with a 173 hp JOHN DEERE 4045C I550 diesel engine, and a 75 kW electric drive version is also available for operations with access to three-phase 480-volt electric power.
The TL600 MOBILE processes logs from 300 mm to 600 mm in diameter with ease, using a high-speed cutting disc fitted with tungsten carbide teeth. Its automatic vertical splitting unit ensures consistent firewood output from all types of logs and can handle wood lengths ranging from 50 mm to 500 mm. Depending on log size and desired firewood format, this machine can reach up to 13 processing cycles per minute.
From the climate-controlled operator cabin, the machine is controlled with a joystick and a user-friendly control panel, allowing easy adjustment of all settings.
Once the logs are placed into the reinforced feed channel, a powerful hydraulic grapple moves them to the cutting station and acts as the log moving mechanism during automatic cycles.
