{"id":10963,"date":"2020-04-22T14:08:20","date_gmt":"2020-04-22T14:08:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pezzolato.it\/senza-categoria\/stationary-chipping-plant-was-delivered-in-slovenia\/"},"modified":"2025-07-02T14:11:39","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T12:11:39","slug":"stationary-chipping-plant-was-delivered-in-slovenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pezzolato.it\/en\/news-en\/stationary-chipping-plant-was-delivered-in-slovenia\/","title":{"rendered":"Stationary chipping plant delivered in Slovenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">In recent days, an interesting stationary chipping plant was delivered in Slovenia to BIOMASA d.o.o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pezzolato.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG-20200409-WA0002-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-46392 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/pezzolato.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG-20200409-WA0002-1-1024x480.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">The chipper has a feeding inlet similar to the one of a forestry machine, but a fixed one and it&#8217;s driven by electric motor 250 kW power.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">The feeding can take place either with the help of a loader with gripper thanks to the long catenary (5 meters) placed along the whole hopper in case of processing logs, or with the help of a mechanical shovel thanks to the capacious vibrating table (4 x 5 m) when working mixed material.\u00a0In this case, the vibrating table transfers the mixed material to the vibrating channel (7 m long) which compacts it before it arrives at the drum,\u00a0thus avoiding wood obstructions and allowing automatic feeding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Furthermore, the vibrating channel has been combined with a &#8220;metal detector&#8221;
