ACTIVATION OF THE 200 kW COGENERATION SYSTEM IN THE MARCHE
In June 2017 a “turnkey” CHIPOLATO PG 200 cogeneration plant was set up in a spectacular context of the Marche Region. The technical solutions, studied and realized by Pezzolato in close collaboration with the customer’s technicians, minimize the environmental impact of the new building and the cogeneration plant itself placed inside, making it almost identical to a typical Marche farmhouse.
The complete plant is able to produce 2200 kW / h of woody biomass electricity and consists of:
– a special Pezzolato peeling and screening plant Pezzolato model EPG200 buried that prepares the wood fuel (wood chips) bringing it to the right degree of humidity and the right size resulting fundamental for the continuous and reliable operation of cogeneration
– 4 gasifiers and 4 Spanner Re2 cogenerators equipped with the new aspirated 8-liter engine
– hydraulic and electric system designed by Pezzolato technicians and built on site according to customer needs
