NEW EQUIPMENT TLC 1300 INSTALLED IN FRANCE
It is a firewood equipment belonging to the series Pezzolato TLC 1300 aimed at processing logs with large diameters. It has been installed in France, near Lyon.
This machine, driven by electric motor 37 kW, presents a cut disc diameter 1300 mm and can process logs up to 510 mm of diameter.
The feeding unit is formed by a three-chain log charger, 10 m. long and equipped with a C-shaped log separating system and a feeding channel for logs up to 4.8 m. long.
The splitter, which is integrated into the machine, is equipped by a hydraulic grid with vertical development and two splitting sectors: the first fixed sector can be at 2+4+6 or 2+4+8 ways; the second can be moved to allow the maintenance operation and is interchangeable at 8 or 12 or 16 or 18 or 24 ways.
From the control board, the sole operator can choose either manually or automatically the cut length, the splitting grid, how to manage the scraps and to start the log loader.
The evacuation of the processed wood is obtained by means of a belt with rubber band, 8.5 m. long, able to bring the material up to the height of 4.5 m.
