MOBILE PLANT FOR THE PREPARATION OF FIREWORKS

This is a plant delivered last October to the “ENTERPRISE BOSCHIVA CHIOCCIA ADELMO “of Orvieto (TR), ideal for cutting and splitting the Mediterranean wood characterized by uneven shapes and sizes. Peculiarity of the machine is the “mobile” version specifically designed by Pezzolato for those who need to work directly in the forest avoiding the transport of timber from the forest yard to the square, making it easier to move the system on the square or on the road (fundamental requirement for contractors) and for all situations where it is not convenient or not possible to use a fixed installation. In this case, the cutting unit and the splitting station are mounted on a sturdy double pendulum axle frame (tilting), approved for low speed towing. During the working phase, four hydraulic cylinders with independent controls stabilize the machine even in impervious areas. After splitting, a folding conveyor belt with a rubber mat allows the processed material to be transported directly to the load or to the stacking area. An electric suction device, located on the underside of the cutting disc, removes the sawdust from the machine by means of a flexible plastic tube. The entire system is driven by a 37 kW electric motor powered by the generator set positioned directly on the trolley.
