PTH 40.70 MULTICUT: open drum with multi-knifes system
It is a chipper with open drum on which are mounted eight knives. The multi-knife cutting system allows to work large diameter logs requiring less power.
The machine keeps the characteristics of chippers “Compact”, or robustness, compactness, versatility and production of quality wood chips, and is equipped with an wider hopper to facilitate feeding by mechanical means particularly by inserting the bulk material. In fact, the maximum inlet passage is 640 x 400 mm.
