COMPOST AND BIOMASSES: FIND OUT ALL SOLUTIONS SIGNED BY PEZZOLATO
Pezzolato’s ‘Compost Line’ is dedicated to gardeners, greenskeepers and nurserymen working in the production and refining of high-quality compost on an industrial scale. Furthermore, these machines are highly appreciated for processing biomass, shredding wood, and reducing the volume of clippings, prunings and branches, which are widely used in large landfills, ecological islands and private companies. Depending on the customer’s requirements, the machines can be supplied with a power take-off drive, with an autonomous diesel engine or with an electric power supply.
Volume reduction is also an increasingly important activity in connection with climate change, which requires improved management of green areas to reduce the risk of fires.
In the video the smallest of our hammer shredders, the S 7000, engaged in the processing of prunings.
Pezzolato bio-shredders are also used by large nurseries that need to shred unsold plants or vegetables extracted from pots directly with roots and soil, obtaining a homogeneous and refined product that can be reused without further steps. In the video a Pezzolato S 9000 at work in this application. This model is equipped with a rotor with mobile ‘dense’ hammers capable of both shredding branches and prunings to start the decomposition process and the preparation of compost, and refining material that has already been shredded.
The most powerful machines in Pezzolato’s Compost Line are the S 10000 and the MF 10000, two machines suitable for processing practically any kind of biomass and wood waste, able to quickly and efficiently reduce volumes, guaranteeing a fine and uniform size.
The S 10000 is equipped with mobile hammers, while the second is equipped with fixed hammers also suitable for processing fibrous wood and roots.
