EIMA 2024: ‘Made in Italy’ technology by Pezzolato.
Pezzolato is back at EIMA with two large exhibition areas: Stand A24 in Hall 30 and a demo area at EIMA ENERGY. A wide range of chippers, firewood production plants and compost preparation machines will be on display to meet the specific needs of every type of customer.
Large wood chip producers and contractors will find on our stand three top-range chippers, capable of guaranteeing the highest levels of productivity and quality on the market. In particular, they will discover the following machines: the head of the Pezzolato range, the powerful ALLROAD, equipped with two new accessories (screw splitter and motorised facilitator roller), a Hackertruck drum chipper in the ‘TORNADO’ version (on a MAN 6×6 truck with rotating cab), and one of the best sellers in its category, the PTH 900 PTO.
Woodland and forestry maintenance companies will be able to appreciate three chippers with progressively larger dimensions, which do not compromise on reliability, robustness, user-friendliness and wood chip quality. On display will be the most compact Pezzolato drum chipper, the PTH 30.40, with handling via the tractor’s three-point hitch, as well as the PTH 30.50 with auxiliary engine on a trolley for driving at up to 80 km/h, which will be at work in the demonstration area, and the PTH 40.70, a medium-size chipper, very popular in the forestry and woodworking sector for its versatile operation with prunings and logs up to 40 cm in diameter.
Operators in the firewood sector will be able to get familiar with the TLC 2024, an ‘updated’ version of the famous Pezzolato machine, which is installed in hundreds of operating plants all over the world. This is an ideal production solution for one operator, to process single logs (up to 47 cm in diameter) or bundles of logs of different sizes. At work in the demonstration area will be the KV700 automatic horizontal splitting station (for logs up to 70 cm in diameter), capable, with a single operator, of producing firewood of programmable section and fire starter thanks to the integration of a special pneumatic arm.
Professional compost producers and managers of ecological areas will find the S 10.000, the top of the range of Pezzolato’s mobile hammer shredders. This full-featured shredder will be presented in a new version with a soundproof motor fairing. It is particularly appreciated for a system that combines the action of small fixed knives with mobile hammers, guaranteeing high productivity, even with the most consistent wood.
EIMA will be a new opportunity for Pezzolato to express its DNA as an expert and passionate builder of high-level industrial machinery, aiming to consolidate its position as a successful representative of ‘Made in Italy’ in the world.
