Firewood automatically from logs with Ø up to 52 cm
New installation by Pezzolato which allows to producetotally automatically firewood from logs with diameters up to 52 cm.
The plant, called TLC 1300, has a raised structure and allows the operator to choose the cutting length, the splitting grid positioning, the rests shape and start the log loader from the control panel. The splitting grid moves automatically according to the wood diameter to be split.
The machine’s standard configuration has been customized with different accessories such as:
– Lifting wood pusher, to load a new piece of wood in the feeding throat while still cutting, speed-up the working cycle and improve the machine production capacity
– Chain wood clamp, to block wood while cutting, also di erent diameter logs
– Cumulating system, to continue splitting from a second working station-refining
– Extra splitting units, to improve the plant productivity or to refine logs
– Cleaning rollers on conveyors, to separate barks, sawdust and wood blocks
