MAKING FIREWOOD AND FIRE STARTERS? WITH THE KV 700 IT IS JUST A CLICK AWAY!
During recent European trade fairs, Pezzolato presented the new KV 700 horizontal log splitter, obtaining an excellent response in terms of interest and pre-orders.
A compact, solid and reliable machine, capable of processing logs with a diameter of up to 70 cm and producing large quantities of quality firewood in a short period of time.
The KV 700 splitting station always works in automatic mode thanks to the standard PLC control and boasts a centralised lubrication system, which facilitates its maintenance.
The KV 700 consists of two independent, mobile splitting wedges positioned in a ‘V’ shape, which enable it to process logs ranging from 150 to 500 mm in length.The cycle time can be reduced by adjusting the automatic splitting wedge stroke.
The unit is powered by a 30 kW electric motor and each wedge has a pushing force of 16 tonnes.
The section of the split logs can be controlled electronically and, thanks to the presence of a specific optional arm, it is possible to convert firewood production quickly and without waste, with a minimum section of 20×20 mm.
