Ideal machine for large contractors
It is going to be handed over to our loyal french customer a third chipper PTH 1400/1000 HACKERTRUCK serie. This chipper, set up on a SCANIA 4 axis truck with 550 hp power, is characterized by high power and performance combined with great maneuverability and versatility. These requirements make it the ideal machine for large contractors who have to move quickly on many different working sites. It powered by the same engine as the truck in order to save fuel costs and unburden the vehicle. The drum with a diameter of 1000 mm and a width of 1400 mm have a maximum inlet passage of 1400 x 700 mm and is able to chip logs up to 70 cm diameter. The set up is completed by EPSILON Q130LD104 crane with 10.4 m outreach. The operator, from the comfortable cab of the truck, is able to operate all controls of the chipper and the crane.u.
