TLC 1300: High performance with a single operator
– Driven by a 37 kW electric motor
– Cut disc diameter 1300 mm, it is able to process logs with diameters up to 510 mm
– Three chains log loader – 10 meters length
– C-shaped log separating system
– Splitter, 32 Tons splitting force, integrated into the machine
and equipped with a hydraulic grid with vertical development with two splitting sectors:
the first one fixed with 2+4+8 folds, and the second one, removable for maintenance and interchangeable, with 12 folds
– From the control board, a single operator can either manually or automatically:
enter the cut length; choose the splitting grid;decide how to process the scraps; and start the log loader
– Cleaning rollers for the separation of the processed logs from sawdust and bark
– Unloading conveyor with rubber band – 8.5 m length: it can convey the material up to 4.5 m of height
