SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR FIREWOOD PRODUCTION – FRANCE

Designed according to the customer’s needs who requested, in the available space, to increase the firewood production made with pre-existing Pezzolato plant:

The equipment presents 4 main units:

1) Nr. 2 TLC 1500 cutter-splitter machines with the control station inside an air conditioned cab from which the entire cycle will be managed: loading of logs, cutting, splitting.

Complete automation of the cutting, maximum log diameter 600 mm (23.62”), and splitting process, log splitter with 9 splitter grids interlocked by a robot for positioning and centring logsguaranteeing a variable length between 250 and 400 mm (9.84” and 15.75”) on output with a width no greater than 9.5 cm (3.74”)

2) firewood screening system for the elimination of residual shavings, bark and sawdust;

3) firewood packaging into bags for mass distribution

4) A Pezzolato PTH 700/660 electric stationary drum chipper for chipping waste and for the consequent powering of the dryer-boiler

The performance of this equipment is 60,000 tons / year working 2 shifts of 7 hours each for 220 days a year with only one operator per shift.
