REDLINE Cut and Split Firewood disc processors with integrated wood splitter

The range of machines called TLF  are distinguished by the presence of the integrated log splitter.

The main features are:

– Requires only one operator

– Possibility of working manually up to fully automatic machines

– Speed ​​of the cutting cycle as the disc is equipped with a hydraulic drive

From the control pulpit, the operator can manually or automatically choose the cutting length, the splitting grid, how to make the scrap, as well as operate the log loader.

By choosing the automatic cutting/splitting cycle, the splitting grid moves automatically according to the diameter of the log to be split.

Working with TLF machines, the splitting phase is very fast thanks to the positioning of the log splitter directly in cascade with respect to the disc, thus eliminating the transfer times of the cut log.

The very wide feeding channel makes these machines suitable for processing not only single logs but also bundles of logs with heterogeneous diameters and shapes, which do not need to be split, with the simple exclusion of the grate.
